    Step 1: Visit the City Union Bank internet banking page, i.e. (https://www.cityunionbank.com/cub-net-banking-cub-online-banking)

    Step 2: On the top-right side, click “Login”.

    Step 3: Choose the desired option amongst “Personal Banking” or “Corporate Banking” from the drop-down menu.

    Step 4: Provide your Customer ID that is linked to your mobile number. Click on “Continue” to proceed further.

    Step 5: Click on “Generate Online Password” and then click “Proceed”.

    Step 6: Enter your debit card number along with its expiry date.

    Step 7: Click on “Accept the terms and conditions”.

    Step 8: Now click on “Generate OTP”. A request ID, along with an OTP, will be sent to the registered mobile number.

    Step 9: Provide all the details required and then click “Confirm”.

    Step 10: Now, create your login and transaction passwords.

    Step 11: Select the option “Enable Transaction Facility”.

    Step 12: Lastly, click on “Confirm” to complete the registration process.

    Step 13: Now, using your customer ID and login password, you can make a login.

    Steps to Register for the CUB Net Banking by Visiting Branch

    Mentioned below are the steps to register for Cub Internet banking by visiting the branch:

    Step 1: Visit any City Union Bank branch near you.

    Step 2: To register for internet banking, fill out the form after visiting the branch.

    Step 3: Provide your address and mobile number along with the email ID.

    Step 4: Provide all the documents required along with the registration form.

    Step 5: The login ID will now be sent to your registered mobile number.

    Step 6: You will receive internet banking and transaction passwords via mail to the registered e-mail ID within 5-7 days of registration.

    Step 3: Provide your User ID along with the password and click “Continue”.

    Step 4: Enter your registered phone number and click on “Submit” to generate OTP.

    Steps to Reset the CUB Net Banking Password

    Mentioned below are the steps to reset the Cub Internet banking password:

    Step 1: Visit the City Union Bank internet banking page i.e. (https://www.cityunionbank.com/cub-net-banking-cub-online-banking).

    Step 2: Click “Set or Reset Password’.

    Step 3: Provide all the details like Customer ID, Debit Card Number, etc.

    Step 4: Next, select your bank’s branch.

    Step 5: Choose from the options available, i.e. “I don’t have a debit card” in case you don’t have it.

    Step 6: Next, provide your date of birth and PAN Number.

    Step 7: Under the option “Facility required”, there are 3 options available, i.e. Login password, Transaction password, and MPIN.

    Step 8: Choose all of them and click “Continue”.

    Step 9: Enter the OTP received. Create a login, transaction password, and MPIN.

    Step 10: Now click “Submit”.

    Step 11: The password is now registered successfully.

    Steps to Transfer the money via CUB Mobile Banking

    Mentioned below are the steps to transfer the money via Cub mobile banking:

    Step 1: Install any of the mobile apps. Enter your name along with the registered mobile number that is linked to the bank account.

    Step 2: Provide the details associated with your bank account to link it with the app.

    Step 3: To transfer funds, click the “Pay/ Transfer” option.

    Step 4: Enter the amount that is to be transferred.

    Step 5: The payment can be made by scanning the recipient’s QR code.

    Step 6: Click on “OK” or “Send” to proceed further.
